The state of our American youths’ fitness is less than optimal by far and the obesity statistics
tell us that our children’s health is in danger unless they are taught better eating habits and
encouraged to make fitness a life long pursuit.

My opinion is that it is neither the school systems nor any other institutions job to teach our
youth how to live a healthy lifestyle. I fully believe that it is our responsibility as parents to

LEAD BY EXAMPLE!
 This means eating a nutritious portioned diet combined with a fun
exercise program thus keeping our entire family as healthy and fit as possible.  

I have created this page to showcases some kids that are taking their fitness a little more
serious but having lots of fun doing it. This will focus on those kids that are participating in
functional strength endeavors and just showing off a little.
